On Sunday, April 22nd, 25 of our members from the Dunbar Alexandria-Olympic Boys & Girls Clubparticipated in the 34th annual George Washington Parkway Classic. This hometown race takes runners on a scenic course from the picturesque Mount Vernon down the tree lined GW Memorial Parkway and into historic Old Town Alexandria. The race included 10 mile, 5K and kids dash options. Here are our members and staff after the race along the Potomac River.
