Recently our youth were able to connect with brilliant women leading in STEM– doctors, engineers and attorneys from Raytheon.

These extraordinary volunteers facilitated an educational and fun workshop, allowing our young women to visualize bright futures for themselves. Currently, women make up half of the college educated workforce but only 28% work in science and engineering.
